Section 3.1 Disposition versions

3.1. For the purposes of Divisions II.2 and II.3, an intersection includes

(1)  the intersection of the public highways described;

(2)  the portions of the public highways that precede or follow the intersection that are generally

(a)  parallel to the direction of the traffic monitored, over a distance of 75 m measured from the intersection;

(b)  perpendicular to the direction of the traffic monitored, over a distance of 25 m measured from the intersection.
